1. Age Verification of All Creators

CallMyAI is a voice-AI platform for creators. Because a persona can be used for mature, sexually explicit content, every Creator whose voice and persona appear on the platform is verified to be at least 18 years of age — or the age of majority in her jurisdiction, if higher — before any persona is activated. Verification includes government-issued photo identification and identity checks performed through our identity-verification provider.

No person under 18 is permitted to appear on, perform for, or be represented by any persona on the platform. Any attempt to circumvent age verification results in removal.

2. Records We Maintain

For every Creator, CallMyAI maintains records establishing age and identity, including copies of government-issued identification and the date and method of verification. These records are kept securely and are retained as required by law and by our payment processors and card networks. They are excluded from routine data-deletion processes to the extent the law requires their retention.

3. Nature of the Content

CallMyAI provides audio-only experiences: live voice conversations with an AI persona modeled on a consenting adult Creator. The platform does not host user-uploaded photo or video feeds as part of its core service. Every persona is built only from materials submitted by a verified adult Creator who has consented to their use.

5. Scope

Federal record-keeping law under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A is written primarily around visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. CallMyAI's service is audio-only AI voice conversation. Regardless of how that scope is applied to audio-only material, CallMyAI verifies the age and identity of every Creator and maintains the records described above, consistent with card-network requirements for adult platforms and with industry best practice.

6. Reporting Concerns

To report suspected underage content, non-consensual content, or any content of concern, contact abuse@callmyai.ai. We investigate promptly and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
